Grumbles Update

Grumbles is back from his first surgery. The surgeon said everything went perfectly. I guess bulldogs don’t do so well with anesthesia, so she even stayed with him until he woke up to make sure he was ok.
When I was checking him out of the hospital, everyone in the lobby stopped to say hello. Strangers bringing their pets in, nurses and admins calling him by name, he was like the mayor! One young woman was telling me about how both she and her dog had the same injury as his( a torn ACL in humans). The dog made a full recovery and she said her own knee was now stronger than the uninjured one. It made me feel a lot better about the whole thing.
He still has one more surgery in 6 to 8 weeks, so as before, if you would like to help with the costs of Sgt. Grumbles’ knee surgery, you may do so by clicking the donate button below.
