30 years ago today, during the blizzard of 1978, my dad drove my mom through several feet of snow to the Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. At 4:10 PM that afternoon, I made my way into the world.
I am very proud to say that I managed to achieve my long time goal of self employment just in time for my birthday. The freelance work I’ve been doing since being laid off in October has officially turned into a new business. I’ll be making the official announcement with all the details once the website has launched.
